Conditions of Entry

1.Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is permitted via Facebook and Instagram only.
2.The promoter is dusk Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 45090850383, of Level 3, Building 1 North, 75-85 O’Riordan St Alexandria NSW 2015 (“Promoter”).
3.Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrants”).
4.Employees of dusk Australia Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Duration of Promotional Period

1.The promotion will commence at 0900 AEST on Wednesday, 15 February 2017 and will continue until 1700 AEST on Wednesday, 15 March 2017 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants for Travel Notes Competition on dusk’s Facebook page or Instagram – Like this post and in 25 words or less tell us in the comments below which is your favourite Travel Notes destination out of – Italy, France, Brazil, Morocco, US &India, and why. Entrants must ‘like’ the relative page they are entering on.
1.Any costs associated with accessing the promotion the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
2.Only one unique entry per eligible entrant.

Selection of Prize Winner

1.There will be one (1) Prize Winner.
2.The Prize Winner will be selected according to the creativity of their answer to WHERE and WHY with 25 words or less.
3.The Prize Draw will take place by 900 AEST on Thursday, 16 March 2017 at the Promoter’s Head Office at Level 3, Building 1N, 75-85 O’Riordan St Alexandria NSW 2015.
4.The Prize Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages by the next business day after the Prize Draw. The Prize Winner will be required to email their details to help@dusk.com.au and provide proof of their identity.
5.To confirm their identity, the Prize Winner may be provided an image by the Promoter that must be loaded onto their own Facebook or Instagram account.
6.The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Prize Draw.
7.The Prize Winner will have until 1700 AEST on Monday, 3 April 2017 to claim the Prize.
8.If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by 0900 AEST on Tuesday 4 April 2017 (“the Unclaimed Prize”), an unclaimed prize draw for the Unclaimed Prize will occur at 1000 AEST on Tuesday, 4 April 2017. The unclaimed prize draw will be selected according to their response to the Entry question.

Prize Details

1.The Prize consists of a $10,000 Flight Centre Voucher. (“Prize”).
2.The (“Prize”) must be booked by Friday 15th September 2017 through a Flight Centre agent as assigned by the Promoter.
3.All travel must be completed by Thursday 15th March 2018.
4.The Prize must be booked in an Australian Flight Centre store and is subject to the Promoter’s standard booking terms and conditions (available at http://www.flightcentre.com.au) and the airline conditions of carriage.
5.The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
6.The total maximum value of the Prize is $10,000 AUD and is non-refundable.
7.No frequent flyer points can be accrued in connection with use of the Prize.
8.The prize and booking of the prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited.
9.In the case of the prize the winner is responsible for paying all additional or ancillary costs associated with the prize, including (where applicable) spending money, transport, additional flights, transfers, meal costs, insurance, passport and visa requirements and all other incidentals.1.If more than one passenger is travelling both passengers using the Prize must be booked onto the same trip on the same booking.
2.The following costs are to be borne by the Prize Winner and their guest: economy seat upgrades including exit-row selection, travel costs to and from the points of departure, travel insurance, accommodation, excess baggage over and above the approved 23kgs, meals, all taxes, levies and surcharges and any other travel related expenses.
3.Once trip departure date has been booked full modification and cancellation fees apply, (and the passenger names cannot be changed) as per the Flight Centre standard booking terms and conditions (available at http://www.flightcentre.com.au) and the airline conditions of carriage.

Wonder White IGA Back to School Promotion
Promotion: Entry into and participation in the Wonder White IGA Back to School Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period: The Promotion commences on 16/01/2017 at 12:00AM AEDST and will close on 10/02/2017 at 2:59PM AEDST (Promotion Period). All times referenced herein are AEDST, unless stated otherwise.
Who can enter? Entry is open to residents of Australia, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Eligible Entrant). You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
Under 18? If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must read these Terms and Conditions and may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful Eligible Entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.

Receipts: Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the Eligible Entry and forfeiture of any right to a Prize. Multiple entries: Multiple entries are permitted, but only one (1) entry is permitted per transaction (i.e. one (1) entry per receipt regardless of the number of Wonder White products purchased in that transaction). Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the ‘How to enter’ instructions and you are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter, or enter repeatedly. Any such entries will render all Eligible Entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
Receipt of entries: Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, indecipherable or incorrectly submitted entries. Eligible Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
Prizes: The prizes are one hundred and forty (140) X $150 Smiggle Gift Cards, each valued at $150 (each a ‘Prize’). Smiggle is not a participant in or sponsor of this Promotion. The total prize pool is valued at $21,000 (including tax). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize draw: Prize draws will be conducted each weekday (Monday to Friday) of the Promotional Period. Each weekday there will be seven (7) draws conducted on the hour, from 9am to 3pm, for a total of one hundred and forty (140) draws (Hourly Draws). All Eligible Entries received up until an Hourly Draw will be in that Hourly Draw, with the exception of any winning entries drawn in previous Hourly Draws. Subject to clause 11, the first valid Eligible Entrant drawn in each Hourly Draw will each win a Prize. There will be a total of 140 winners.
Prize draw details: Each Hourly Draw will take place at Green Eagle Distribution and Fulfilment, Unit 10, 20 Ricketty Street, Mascot, NSW 2020, with the first Hourly Draw occurring at 9:00am on 16/01/2017 and the last Hourly Draw taking place at 3:00pm on 10/02/2017. In the event there are no Eligible Entries received for a particular Hourly Draw, the prize corresponding to that Hourly Draw will roll over into the next occurring Hourly Draw. For example, if there are no Eligible Entries received for Hourly Draw 1, the prize for Hourly Draw 1 will roll over into Hourly Draw 2 and two (2) prizes (to the first two (2) valid entries drawn) will then be awarded in Hourly Draw 2.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the relevant Hourly Draw, using the email address provided by the Eligible Entrant and their names will be published online at http://www.wonderpromo.com.au from 17/02/2017.
Costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with your Eligible Entry including but not limited to internet access.
Forfeiture of a Prize: If for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited.
Unclaimed prize draw & notification: If any Prize(s) remains unclaimed by 11:00am AEST on 10/05/2017, a re-draw to award any such Prize(s) will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 10/05/2017 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner(s), if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the re-draw, using the email address provided by the Eligible Entrant.
Promoter’s rights: The Promoter reserves the right to, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority:
provide an alternative gift of equal monetary value in the event that a gift or prize or any part of a gift or prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control;
disallow entries in its absolute discretion;
verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a gift where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;
terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the gift) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;
enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion: The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, such as the Non-Excludable Guarantees.
Indemnity: As a condition of participating in a Promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the Promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a gift or prize, howsoever caused.
Publicity: By entering the draw and/or accepting a Prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy: The information collected about Eligible Entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes, and for these purposes, the Promoter may disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Goodman Fielder Privacy Policy which can be found on the Goodman Fielder website: http://www.goodmanfielder.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to any entity outside of Australia.

Promoter: The promoter is Quality Bakers Australia Pty Limited (ABN 45 004 205 449) of 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW, 2113 (Promoter). The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who participates, and no correspondence will be entered into.
